• Fit rim (25) securely into bracket (23) as shown.

• Install reinforcement bracket (1) onto “T” bolt (18) as shown.

• Install spring (16) onto “T” bolt (18) as shown.

• Install special nut (17) and washer (15) onto “T” bolt (18).

Tighten nut (17) until

flush with end of "T" bolt

(18) as shown here.
